Cope2Thrive

COPE stands for Creating Opportunities for Personal Empowerment. The programs focus on building resilience by teaching key skills for managing emotions, overcoming unhelpful thought patterns, and enhancing social interactions. These skills-based programs are ideal for those seeking to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Our Cope2Thrive program is suitable for individuals of many ages who seek to improve their mental health and coping skills. It can be especially beneficial for those experiencing persistent negative thoughts or self doubt, difficulty managing stress or anxiety, or problems with communication or relationships.

Clients who enter this program attend groups sessions for 7 consecutive weeks. We typically serve the following age groups: children (ages 7-12), adolescents (ages 13-17), and young adults (ages 18-24).

This group focuses on connecting with other women through the exploration of our value system and how our roles in life can empower us to meet our goals. We will work to foster connections by enacting our values to make connections in our lives.
