School-Based Outpatient Therapy Program
Our school-based outpatient therapy program brings professional mental health support directly to where students spend most of their day – at school. Designed to remove barriers to care and promote emotional well-being, this program offers individual, group and family therapy services within the school setting. Masters-level and licensed therapists collaborate closely with school staff, families and community resources to support students facing emotional, behavioral or social challenges. Services are tailored to meet each student’s unique needs, helping them build coping skills, improve relationships and thrive both academically and personally. Key Features:
- Convenient on-site mental health services during the school day
- Confidential support in a familiar, accessible environment
- Individualized treatment plans and evidence-based practices
- Collaboration with teachers and parents for holistic care
- Crisis intervention and case management when needed
By integrating therapy in the school environment, we aim to create a supportive space where students feel seen, heard and empowered to succeed – both in and out of the classroom. Our school-based outpatient therapy programs currently serve students from elementary through high school in both the Hamburg and Kutztown Area School Districts.
