CLIENT TELEHEALTH PLATFORMS
THERAPY APPOINTMENTS & FGC MYCARE:
Our therapy telehealth appointments are now accessed through FGC MyCare, Family Guidance Center’s secure telehealth app and client portal. FGC MyCare is the same trusted platform previously known as OnCall Health, now updated with Family Guidance Center branding and additional features designed to make managing your care easier. If you already have an OnCall Health login, the same login information will be used to access FGC MyCare.
FGC MyCare account registration is by invitation only. Clients will receive an email invitation to sign up for the platform at time of intake or upon request. A valid email address or mobile phone number is required. If you are an active client and did not receive your registration email, please contact our office.
FGC MyCare Features:
– View upcoming appointments
– Join telehealth appointments
– Receive appointment reminders by email and text message
– Complete and sign required forms electronically
– Securely exchange documents with your provider
– Manage notification preferences
– Access appointment information from your computer or mobile device
Computer & Laptop Users: Access FGC MyCare by visiting app.familyguidancecenter.com using your preferred web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
Mobile Device Users (Smart Phones & Tablets): Download the FGC MyCare app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to access appointments and portal features. FGC MyCare is not supported through mobile web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.). Mobile users MUST use the app!
App Store Tip: If you are having trouble finding FGC MyCare in the Apple App Store, try to search for “FGCMYCARE” without spaces. Look for our logo!
